Definitely! All of our packages are shipped discreetly and are smell proofed. No one will know what is in your package until you open it. We have never had a package be confiscated.

We are a couple of cannabis loving enthusiasts that enjoy experiencing new strains and edibles and passing them onto our friends and customers. Coming from the alcohol industry we realized the social harms and descruption that alcohol creates across communities. Instead of opening a cold beer & wine store or getting back in the bar business we chose to go for the safer alternative. We are the modern day equivalent to the Seagram’s family, Sleeman family and the Bronfmans who all made a living selling alcohol a much more dangerous substance than cannabis.

We do ship worldwide, though the regulation and implementation in respect to some of the products we sell often vary from country to country. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations that affect your region. For this reason, Marijuana Seed Shop can regrettably accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.

If you use a fake name then choose something real like: “Brenda Mayys” Orders that have names like: “A.Z.” Look suspicious and sometimes wont be delivered. Keep your order small enough to fit inside your regular mailbox. If not, you will receive a “For Pick Up” slip which will require you to go pick it up. If you don’t have identification it wont be able to be picked up.

We have been able to maintain an excellent reputation by word of mouth advertising, and steady repeat clientele as a private, invite only website. We have decided to take a leap of faith and now let the general public in USA order off of us.

If a customer uses their correct address your package will arrive always without problem. When a customer changes their address after we have shipped your order we cannot change it as all our packages are one way trips that are non-returnable. Currently we have never had a package go missing when a customer follows instructions.

We ship the same or next business day depending on when we receive your payment and shipping  information.

REFUND POLICY

At GREEN-LIFE our top priorities are customer safety and satisfaction. We take customer comments and complaints extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make any negative experience right.

It should be noted that GREEN-LIFE does not offer refunds. Due to the nature of our industry and payment systems, we are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by GREEN-LIFE. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product.

In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.

At GREEN-LIFE, we stand behind the quality of our products and will never ship a product we believe to be inferior. If you for some reason receive a product that is defective, please let us know within 7 days, so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. GREEN-LIFE reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.

Credits that are given will expire after ninety(90) days. Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one(1) time, if the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and GREEN-LIFE we will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance.

All of our packages are shipped through Postal system. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any Credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case by case basis and GREEN-LIFE Reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen.
